Website terms
Last updated 19 October 2026.
General information only
Everything on this site is general information about food, exercise and health. It is not medical advice, and it doesn't replace advice from your GP, pharmacist, physiotherapist or registered dietitian. Talk to a health professional before you change your diet, start a supplement or begin a new type of exercise, especially if you have a medical condition or take medicines.
The tools
The protein tracker, blood pressure scale and other tools give estimates and general guidance. A single blood pressure reading can't diagnose anything. If you feel unwell, call NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
Saving to your own records
The protein tracker keeps your records on your device. You can download them as a file or, if you choose, save a copy to your own Google Drive. You are responsible for your device, your downloaded files and your Google account. Keep a back-up if the records matter to you, because we have no copy and can't recover them if you lose them. Google's terms and privacy policy apply to your use of Google Drive.
Accuracy
We take care to keep the information accurate and up to date, but guidance changes and mistakes happen. Check important details with the sources we link to.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the information here.
Links and ownership
We're not responsible for the content of other websites we link to. The words, design and tools on this site belong to Active Elements. You may share a link to a page, but please don't copy the content without asking.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
